Utterly mediocre. Was here for one Saturday night in April. Dated rooms. Heat didn't work properly. Buffett breakfast food was cold despite being busy at 830 am. Overpriced. I know expectations should not be high for a Marriott in the middle of Long Island but come on.

My family and I flew up for a few days for a family wedding. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to where we needed to be. There literally was ZERO hot water for 3 days. The front desk just kept telling me to run the water for awhile???? Ran it for over 20 minutes and had to take freezing cold shower. I will NEVER stay here again...spend your money somewhere else.

We stayed here for one night during a college visit and enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet and clean. There was free parking which was nice as well. We did not use the pool but it was large and so was the hot tub. The gym also looked very nice but we did not get a chance to utilize it. Close to many restaurants.

We were here for about 8 days and were very happy with our stay. The hotel was well kept, not pristine. The lobby is spacious and inviting. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Bathroom was okay, it only had tub shower, thus my 4 star rating. The hotel is a bit dated, if this matters to you spend a little more and stay elsewhere. I had the house keeping clean my room daily and they did a fantastic job! Even leaving extra cups in my room so my co-workers and I could enjoy our beverages. The hotel staff was very nice and very helpful when ever we asked for anything. The restaurant was good and the staff there was eager to help our whole group when ever asked. The exercise area is decent, good for cardio and has some light weights

Stayed here one night for my grandpa’s funeral, hotel was fine but a little outdated (same complaint as the other negative reviews on both here and Google), but nothing too bad. It was hard to find the entrance, but once I figured it out, I was greeted by a fairly large lobby. So why am I giving this place one stars, even though it’s owned by a trusted brand? Well, there was one “incident” that ruined the entire stay for me: This is where I climbed up eleven flights of stairs like an idiot, so screw you Marriott for making me think the elevators were broken. Turns out, they tricked me! Those penny pinching scums! I put “incident” in quotes because it was mostly my fault that I got tricked (don’t judge me), but I mainly put the hotel at blame for not properly maintaining them and not making them convenient for all guests. Who was the architect of that part of the hotel? Stevie Wonder? Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, I'm mad. Fool me three times, then you're officially "that guy". However, with this hotel, what should have been a reasonable stay turned into a cardio exercise that was truly unnecessary and unlike Marriott. For this reason, I have decided that this is NOT a true four-star hotel, it's a glorified Super 8 that I'd neither return to nor recommend again. It made me feel like I made a severe and continuous lapse in my judgement. It brought the Marriott brand as low as it could go. It's proof that bad management can ruin a good hotel, and drive people to switch to other companies like IHG. And that's a choice, not a requirement. Better save that Holiday Inn, it's worth a whole lot more.
